Description
Concert ukulele manufactured by Anakoneke Handcrafted Ukuleles. Concert ukuleles offer a richer sound and greater ease of use than soprano ukuleles while retaining its iconic Hawaiian sound. The body is composed of spalted tamarisk with a rosewood border and redwood surrounding the soundhole. The neck and head are primarily composed of mahogany while the back of the heel and surface of the head are rosewood. The fret board and bridge are walnut. Gorgeous mother of pear inlay of the luthier’s logo adorns the top of the head as well as along the fret board. The luthier’s tag is visible through the sound hole. This is a rare piece as the company is no longer in business. Model No. 029. Includes case. 23 x 7.5 x 2.5″
Condition: The case is missing a hinge. The metal frets are slightly corroded along the edges, see pictures for more detail. Sounds great though may require tuning. Musical Instruments
