“Petits Nus Apollinaire 2”, from Salvador Dali’s “Poemes Secrets” collection, illustrating the erotic Secret Poems of Guillaume Apollinaire. This print depicts Madeline, Apollinaire’s lover and the subject of the Secret Poems, lounging on what appears to be a rocky shore. 84/95. Signed by the artist. Includes two Certificates of Authenticity, one from the previous owner and one from the art dealer. Also includes a booklet which catalogues the Dali prints in the Argillet collection, including the present piece. The print is contained in a simple black frame with simple gold surfacing.
