Description
Richard Recchia (1888-1983, American) Persian Cat Sculpture. The Museum of Fine Arts Boston reproduced Recchia’s 1931 “The Persian Cat” Bronze Sculpture in cat marble (polymer and genuine marble) with hand-painted patina. Features a face and body depicted as one rounded form, the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth as projections and indentations of the solid mass.
