Antique 18K solid yellow gold Omega Bienne Geneve ornate hunter case pocketwatch movement serial 5666857. This ornate pocketwatch includes a beautiful floral diamond designed hunter case, a white dial, and an 18SPB movement caliber. This specific hand-wound movement dates the pocketwatch anywhere from 1898 (the introduction of the 18SPB movement) to the early 1900’s.
