Notable issues include #14 (first cameo appearance of Kulan Gath and first appearance of Elric), 15 (first full appearance of Kulan Gath), 16 (adaptation of Robert E. Howard’s 1932 story ‘The Frost-Giant’s Daughter, reprint of Savage Tales #1), and 22 (first reprint of Conan #1, explained in the letters section to be a result of the intended story being lost in the mail).
