Description
Holman family Bible from 1882, featuring the KJV translations of the Old and New Testaments, a complete concordance, study materials and scholarly essays/introductions, the 1881 revised edition of the New Testament, a verse rendering of the Psalms, and a section between the Old and New testaments which lists births, marriages, and deaths within that family. Also included are a number of newspaper clippings, likely of family members and friends, as well as a bound notebook paper book full of hair wreaths – these additional items have been retained in the book to preserve the item’s idiosyncrasies.
