Vintage Butex Suisse 14K rose gold ladies wristwatch with six 0.03CT round-cut rubies flanking the face (three on either side), in turn flanked by three round-cut diamonds set on diagonal white gold ribbons (two 0.05CT and one 0.01CT pieces on either side) which again are flanked by two 0.05CT round-cut rubies.
