Antique gold-on-sterling silver ladies Byzantine chain bracelet with four .835 silver 1930’s Egyptian 20 Piastres coins (three 1938, one 1939), all of which feature the portrait of King Farouk I. According to the original seller, this was purchased in Egypt.
