14k yellow gold ladies pendant with a 0.4ct oval-cut sapphire center gemstone, three small square-cut ruby gemstones above and below the center stone, three small square-cut emerald gemstones on either side of the center stone, and twelve small round-cut diamonds in between the emeralds and rubies. The space around the diamonds are white gold.
