14k yellow gold ladies herringbone chain necklace with a pendant featuring a 0.75ct oval-cut center topaz gemstone flanked by two 0.39ct pear-cut amethyst gemstones, one on either side. In between them are six small diamonds, three on either side of the topaz. This piece is part of a set of two other items, one ring and one watch, found elsewhere in this auction.
