Lot of two 1960’s Midcentury Modern Arthur Umanoff wrought iron chairs with the word “Love” playfully arranged on the back of one and “Peace” arranged on the other. The pieces have been repainted and the original yellow is visible. The upholstery on the “Peace” chair is removable. 15 lbs each, 30 lbs total
Arthur Umanoff (1923-1985) was an industrial designer whose furniture, produced by Howard Shaver, defined the domestic aesthetic of the Midcentury Modern movement.
