Lot of two 1960’s Mid Century Modern Arthur Umanoff wrought iron chairs with the word "Love" playfully arranged on the back of one and "Peace" arranged on the back of the other. The pieces have been repainted and the original yellow is visible. The upholstery on both are removable. There are scraps of fabric attached to two of the chair legs of the "Love" chair. 15 lbs.
Arthur Umanoff (1923-1985) was an industrial designer whose furniture, produced by Howard Shaver, defined the domestic aesthetic of the Midcentury Modern movement.
