This elegant brooch is 18K yellow gold with diamonds and rubies in the center of the main flower with two smaller flowers amongst three leaves. This was purchased from the Swiss retailer Merrmann that has locations in several Swiss cities, including Interlaken, Lugano, and Davos. Brooch comes in original box from retailer.
