Description
Pahlavi ceremonial rapier. The hilt features the Lion and Sun motif, the traditional symbol for the Medieval and Modern Persian/Iranian state. This piece was likely made in the mid-20th century. Includes original scabbard.
Size: 32 X 4" w/ scabbard
Condition: The sword is mildly tarnished/rusted. The scabbard, on the other hand, is heavily deteriorated and has tape residue. See pictures for more detail.
