Description
Antique portable communion kit. This was used by Catholic priests when they celebrated Mass while traveling or on behalf of the sick. To include the original box, a 10K gold-plated goblet, a 10K gold-plated plate, a 10K gold-plated communion cylinder (still includes communion wafers within). There is one empty slot in the box, perhaps for a glass wine container. Perhaps a crucifix was included at one time as well. Perfect for those interested in Catholic and/or Western religious history.
