Description
Early 20th century Bronze lamp based on a piece by Austrian sculptor Franz Bergman, commonly referred to as "Peeping Ali", which depicts two men peering at a nude slave girl. The lamp is cold painted and electrified. The red light inside the room is functional, but the mechanism which opens the curtain and spins the nude forward is not. On the back is stamped "Namgreb" (Bergman backwards) and the letter "B" is circled above it. 9.2 lbs. RARE piece.

Condition: See pictures. The paint is very faded and the curtain mechanism does not work; however, the light itself is functional.
