Description
Louis Schneiderman (American) original mixed media painting titiled “Park Series #12” signed and framed depicting a woman. Louis Bennett Schneiderman is a contemporary American artist. He was born in Coral Gables, Florida, and the family moved to Ohio when he was a child. He studied art at the University of Akron and then moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, where he began his career as an artist. With a second move to Atlanta, Georgia, he began building a body of work focused on spiritual growth. Many of his works, from the sketches to the large-scale paintings, incorporate images of a father and son and a mother and child as symbols of love and devotion. There are diverse themes and narratives that recur in his work, alluding to current and historical events, musicians, and writers.
His work is included in numerous private and corporate collections, including Saks Fifth Avenue International, The Arthur Blank Foundation, The William Bremen Jewish Home, Nordstroms, and Temple Sinai in Atlanta, Georgia. Private collections include Mrs. Elinor Bremen, Camryn Manheim, Robin Roshkind, Calista Flockhart, Jeffrey Kramer, Juliet Chayat and Peter Czajkowski, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Freeman, Mary Ann Finn, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Candler. Louis resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and maintains a studio.
