Edna Hibel (American, 1917-2014) “Amy Rebecca’s Floral Garden” Magnum Opus edition reproduction w/ COA #384/ 7500. Edna Hibel Plotkin was an American artist. She painted for most of her life. Her work was once held at the Hibel Museum of Art; some of it now resides at Beloit College in Wisconsin.
