In 1997 he won First Prize in the River Art’s Exhibition & Competition in the Acrylics as Watercolors category, judged by Dalhart Windberg, a renown Texas artist. His paintings have won numerous awards from 1997 to the present. Over the past decade, admiration for his work has grown rapidly as several gallery owners and private collectors have added his paintings to their collections.
