Edgar Hunt (1876-1953, British) oil livestock painting in the manner of. This painting was made in the same style and technique as Edgar but an unknown artist. Hunt was devoted to animals and had originally planned to become a farmer, before experiencing success as a painter. Born in 1876 in Birmingham, United Kingdom into a family of artists, including his father Charles Hunt and brother Walter Hunt.
