Barbara Hess Mercier (American) original cottage oil painting. Barbara lived in Berkley Michigan and still lives in Michigan but is no longer painting. She predominately sold her work at Gallery Art Center in Berkley Michigan owned by Fred & Becky Grossman. She became most popular in the 1970’s and her oils & lithographs sold locally as well as at Gallery Art Center auctions which were held all over the US and Canada.
