Roosevelt written prologue of a special Gideon’s edition of New Testament & Book ofPsalms that was distributed to millions of World War II soldiers. Metal cover with leather back. Interior cover has original serviceman’s name "Robert C. Hoertle", next of kin and address written.Condition: Aged and rusted on metal portion though all pages in very good condition and readable.
