1901 REMINGTON MODEL 1889 SXS 12 GA. SHOTGUN
1901 Remington Arms Co. Model 1889 Grade 1 Side by side 12 gauge shotgun. 30" decarbonized steel barrels with 2 1/2" chambers. Checkered walnut stocks. The rightmule hammer is missing with part of the hammer screw left in the assembly, but the assembly functions. Both triggers function and activate the assembly when squeezed. The guard on the back of the stock appears tohave been added. The break action, and forend are operable. The barrel and receiver are numbers matching serial 208460.
