The horseshoe is outlined by 16 pearls each approximately 3.9mm in diameter, and the center of the horseshoe is adornedwith a single diamond approximately 0.01CT in the center of star designed in the gold. The colored stones at the bottom are glass. The back is engraved "From Mike & Evangelia 10-31-65". Pearl
